Question Hold return timer

Our office has IP Office and the Avaya 5410 models. We are wondering how to access the hold return timer which per the manual our system administrator should have access to. The only problem with that is our system administrator has no idea how or where to access this "hold return timer" feature.

On our old phone system we use to set the phone to ring once after a few minutes when you have some one on hold which we would like to duplicate if possible.

Currently after about a minute or two with someone on hold, the phone will just ring and ring as if you were receiving a new incoming call and will not stop until you pick up the line on hold.

Thanks in advance for any and all help!

Whomever programs your system with Manager will find the setting under System on the Telephony tab, Hold Timeout (secs)
