Hi,
We have a SIP trunk with a Cloud Provider and it used to work very well with our old UC solution. Now we are trying to migrate this trunk for our Avaya IPO 500 and we are having a DTMF problem. The information we have from our provider is they are using RFC over RFC2833 with FSK standard. We have adjust the IPO with this information and for our surprise the DTMF are very unstable. We are performing test and in 10 call only 1 or 2 call our Avaya is identifying the DTMF properly.
Someone has experienced any problem like that?
