Release 7.0. Installing a CPMG CoRes CS,SS,EM. When we go to add the Node it tells us there are no additional SS. When we drop down the list of elements to add it to the only item there is Media Cards. We have no medial cards.

You can check if the SS application is installed on the server or not. Also verify the complete install again and check the system should be on the latest Service packs installed on it.

The signaling server needs to be added to the CS1000 in Deployment Manager. That should make it available in the drop-down window for node configuration.Comment

COTS cannot add a new node on existing CS1000
im trying to add a new node to existing CS1000 (this will be the second node in this CS1000).
On CS1000 Systems view appears Signaling Server for my CS1000
On Server view appears with the status commited, and deployed SS
but going to EM doesnt appear available for assign to new Node.
What more can i do?
Deleting and adding the CS1000 on CS1000 system View affect on operation of the CS1000?Comment
