Product Licensing and Delivery System

The PLDS (Product Licensing and Delivery System) application is used to generate and manage software licenses, execute paid and pre-paid upgrades and download software, including core software images and software updates.

Overview

Entitlements to licenses and software downloads are enabled via an active service agreement or software warranty. The PLDS application is available to authorized Avaya Business Partners, end customers, and Avaya associates.

Registration for Avaya Partners and Customers:

Requesting access to PLDS just got easier. Effective March 28, 2010, Partners and Customers can request access to PLDS from their Avaya Access Profile.

Request access by selecting the "Role" that is associated with the type of access you need in the application:

  • To access your Avaya Access Profile: Login/Sign in to Avaya Support at http://support.avaya.com?> Select "Profile."
  • From your Profile Toolbox: Select "View/Request Roles" > Select a "Role" for the application(s) > Click "Save."

The basic "PLDS User" role will automatically be added to your profile.

Tips for Searching Avaya Support


A good query consists of three things:

 Enclose exact words or phrases in double quotes. Include plus (+) to require words, minus (--) to exclude words, and OR between words. i.e. forwarding OR coverage + "all calls"-- remote

 

Don't include "special" characters in your search (i.e. &, <, >, *, $, / ,\, ....)

 

The more exact the phrases are to the actual title or string of text in a document, the better the results

The SO / PO entered is either not valid or not associated with the Sold To provided.

Serial Number can not be same
