Create agent disabled

In my Last implementation of IPOCC, I found that from User Interface, login in as Administrator or Supervisor the option create on agents tab is disabled. Any idea?

Other question, if I haven't CTI pro licences with IP Office 9.1 will work well the IPOCC?

When you upgrade to IPOCC 9.1 you have to have a new license feature called FEAT_CIE_CC_BASE250. If you don't you will not be able to add any new agents.

I see, on the system are the license FEAT_CIE_CC_BASE30, so it is allowed to configure 150 agents.
is the issue only on one client?
