
CTI DIP administration screen
From the CTI DIP Configuration screen you can activate, deactivate, and change Computer Telephony Integration Data Interface Processes.
- To edit a CTI DIP, click the hyperlink associated with the CTI DIP that you want to configure in the Dipid column.
- To start a CTI DIP, select the radio button associated with the DIP in the Dipid column, and click Start.
- To stop a CTI DIP, select the radio button associated with the DIP in the Dipid column, and click Stop.
- To restart a CTI DIP, select the radio button associated with the DIP in the Dipid column, and click Restart.
Fields
- Port number the DIP is listening on � Default port number is 6800. This is the same for all the telephony servers. Unless you have another service on the system that is listening on this port, you can use the default.
- Telephony server hostname � The LAN hostname for the telephony server
- Telephony server password � The password you use to log in to the telephony server
- Telephony server portnumber � The Avaya IR port used by the telephony server
- Telephony server username � The username you use to log in to the telephony server
- TLINK � Telephony and switch parameter string (format: company#switchname#csta#hostname, where company is either Avaya or Lucent )
