The values you enter into the following fields of the Call data detail report screen determine what appears in the report:

Specifies the database record number of each call made to the voice system |
Channel |
Specifies the channel on which the call was made |
Start |
Specifies the time and date the call began. If multiple applications were invoked during the call, the first line of the display shows the time and date the call began, and subsequent lines for the call show the time and date that each application began. |
Duration |
Specifies the length of the call in seconds. If multiple applications were invoked during the call, the first line of the display for the call shows the total length of all applications in the call, and subsequent lines for the call show the length of each application invoked in the call. |
Service |
Specifies the script that was associated with the call. If multiple applications were invoked during the call, the first line of the display for the call (the summary line) is blank, and subsequent lines for the call show the script associated with each application invoked in the call. |
If multiple applications are invoked during a call, the report displays a line of summary data for the call, followed by a line of data for each application in the call.
