This report provides an hourly summary of the calls made to the voice system. This report is similar to the Call Data Detail Report, except that the Call Data Summary Report shows the calls on an hourly basis, by service. The system maintains approximately seven days worth of data.
Note:
Call data summary information is prepared at midnight for the entire day. Therefore, call data summary information for the current day is not available until after midnight.
