Description
All ports of the specified server are offline. If this is not a result of a change state request from a user, you need to resolve the problem.
Repair procedure
To resolve the problem:
- Go to the Speech Server Status screen (Feature Packages > Speech Administration > Display Status > Display Speech Proxy Status > Speech Server Status) to verify that the recognition engine server is still running.  
You also may use the sproxyadm command.
 - If the recognition server is running, verify LAN connectivity to the server.

 - If there is no problem with the LAN, go to the Change Speech Server State screen (Feature Packages > Speech Administration > Administration > Change Speech State > Change Speech Server State) to change the state of specified server. 
 - If problem still continues, contact your field support representative.
