The ReleaseLine external function releases the telephone line but allows further updating of the customer record.
Use the Node Inspector to assign and edit the following attributes.

Select or name the variable in which to store the return code if Avaya IR does not execute this external function. The return codes are: -1 = a failure of the DIP -2 = a timeout condition |

Message Number |
This is an optional attribute. This attribute refers to a message number configured in the /opt/avaya/pds/config/voicemsg.cfg file. |
Error Code |
Select or name the variable in which to store the 6-character error code from Dialer for this external function. |
