Using VoiceXML

This section provides unique specifications and limitations for developing VoiceXML applications for Avaya IR.

Information in this section assumes that you have a working knowledge of VoiceXML. Avaya IR supports the VoiceXML 2.0 specification as documented in the W3C Working Draft dated April 24, 2002. The complete specification is available at the W3C Web site.

Avaya recommends using IVR Designer to develop VoiceXML applications for Avaya IR. For information on how to use IVR Designer, see the help system that is part of the IVR Designer tool.
