Configuring time and greeting properties

Use the Time/Greeting property page to define your organization’s daily business hours and to control when certain greetings are played by the automated attendant.

For information on configuring time of day greetings in the automated attendant, see Time of Day properties - auto attendant.

To display the Time/Greeting property page

  1. In the Voice Mail System Configuration window, choose the voice mail domain.
  2. Choose Telephone User Interface.
  3. Select the Time/Greeting property page.
