Time of Day properties - auto attendant (MAS Admin)

Use the Time of Day property page to configure a voice mail domain with the prompts to play at certain times of the day. Your organization’s daily business hours are defined in the Time/Greeting property page in the telephone user interface configuration.

To display the Time of Day property page

In the Voice Mail System Configuration window, choose the voice mail domain.

Choose Auto Attendant.

Select the Time of Day property page.

To configure Time of Day properties

Morning prompt. Enter the number of the prompt that greets callers during morning business hours. The range is 0 through 9999. The Welcome prompt is played by default.

Afternoon prompt. Enter the number of the prompt that greets callers during afternoon business hours. The range is 0 through 9999. The Welcome prompt is played by default.

Evening prompt. Enter the number of the prompt that greets callers during evening business hours. The range is 0 through 9999 and the default is 0. The Welcome prompt is played by default.

Closed prompt. Enter the number of the prompt that greets callers after business hours. The range is 0 through 9999. The Welcome prompt is played by default.
