Time of Day properties - auto attendant

Use the Time of Day property page to configure a voice mail domain with the prompts to play at certain times of the day. Your organization’s daily business hours are defined in the Time/Greeting property page in the telephone user interface configuration.

Important!   Make sure you have recorded the time of day prompts and made a note of the prompt numbers. For information on recording time of day prompts, see Custom Prompts.

To display the Time of Day property page

  1. In the Voice Mail System Configuration window, choose the voice mail domain.
  2. Choose Auto Attendant.
  3. Select the Time of Day property page.
