Management Web Server

The CNA management web interface can be used in either open or secure mode.

By default, the web server on the management module is disabled. You can enable it with either or both of the following commands, while in configuration mode (config):

• ip http server on--starts the web server on the management module
• ip http server ssl on--if the web server is already running, enables SSL or, if the web server is not running, starts the web server and enables SSL

You can change web server access ports with the ip http server port and ip http server port ssl commands.

You can allow both secure and open communications simultaneously, or you can force all requests through the secure channel. See the ip http server ssl on command in the CNA Command Reference Guide for details.
