Defining alarm destinations

To define alarm destinations for agent-based measurement:

Access Chatter Configuration command mode. To access this mode, enter the following commands:

a. enable (Privileged mode)

b. configure terminal (Configuration mode)

c. module chatter (Chatter Configuration mode)

Use the following commands to define the destinations that CNA can use for alarm notifications:

Table 9: Alarm destination commands
Command	Purpose
smtp-server (Chatter module only)	Defines up to four e-mail addresses that can receive alarm notifications for agent-based measurement.
snmp-server	Defines up to four hosts that can receive SNMP traps or informs for agent-based measurement.
logging-server	Defines up to four Syslog servers that can receive alarm notifications for agent-based measurement.
