If your contract specifies a flat monthly rate for a fixed bandwidth, add a single instance of the usage-reporting cost command to the link configuration block, specifying the maximum bandwidth you purchased and the monthly cost.
The usage-reporting formula and usage-reporting percentile commands do not apply to flat-rate or fixed-rate contracts.
