The CNA system will declare an outage for the targeted prefix if a user-defined number of consecutive active probes fail over the same link (failure means no response from the probe target for a length of time configured with the target command in an active-measurement group). Use the failure-threshold keyword for the outage-detection active-probe command to set this number; setting it to 0 disables the detection of outages based on active probing.
