Unexpected Fractional Values

Data values in the legend beneath the graphs may change from whole integers to fractional values as you zoom out (expand the time span of the X-axis) on some graphs.

This is related to physical limitations of displaying an increasing number of datapoints on a computer monitor with a finite number of pixels.

At some point, the graphing algorithm must consolidate two datapoints in order to plot them both to the same location on the screen. When this happens, the legend will report the consolidated value, which may be a fraction.

This does not represent any loss of data or flaw in the way the data is interpreted, only a loss of precision in the display. This can be overcome by zooming back in on any disputed datapoints until their whole values are displayed.
