E-mailing the zone matrix

To e-mail a zone matrix:

1. Open the zone matrix. See Viewing the zone matrix.
2. On the menu bar, click File, and then click E-mail. An e-mail message is displayed.
3. Enter the recipient e-mail address, your e-mail address, and any comments that you want to send.
4. To define or change the SMTP server, click SMTP Server at the bottom, left-hand corner, and then enter the SMTP server and port number.
5. Click Send.
