Introduction

Along with providing entrance into CentreVu Internet Solutions application, the agent login Web page provides important information (through a form) such as agent ID and phone extension that is passed to the Java servlet: http://{icm_server_name}/servlet/WT/agentsu

The information passed to the Java Servlet causes the Agent Control Window (applet) to be downloaded to the agent's desktop and a Web page to be loaded in the agent's browser. At this time, the agent is ready to take Internet sessions.

Sample agent login Web pages

CentreVu Internet Solutions provides a sample Agent Login Web page that contains the required parameters and some optional parameters that will allow an agent to accept Internet sessions from customers. You can use this sample Agent Login Web page as it is or you can modify it to meet your agent needs.
