Bookmark agent and supervisor URLs 

Overview

To expedite access to agent Web pages and supervisor report Web pages, create bookmarks for agent Web page URLs and supervisor report URLs. To bookmark an agent Web page and a supervisor Web page in a language other than US English, replace en-US with the correct language code. See What is localized? for a list of language codes.
