Install and uninstall the Internet session software
Purpose
The purpose of this information is to describe, at a high-level, the procedures for installing and uninstalling the Internet session software.
The following real-time software is installed by Avaya personnel:
Internet Call Manager software
Centralized Internet Routing Service software (for installation procedures, see Internet Pre-Route configuration)
The following software must also be installed but is not part of the CentreVu Internet Solutions installation:
CentreVu Computer-Telephony software
Audience
This information is intended for installers, system administrators, or any other persons involved in installing software for the real-time component of CentreVu Internet Solutions. This includes the Avaya Technical Support Organizations.

The readme.txt file includes late-breaking changes to and news about the software. The readme.txt file for the real-time software is located in the NT or Solaris folder of the CVuIS ICC Software CD-ROM.
