Using another CTI application

Purpose

The Internet session software supports the use of another Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) application to log in to the DEFINITY ECS. However, to register with the CentreVu Internet Solution, agents are still required to log in to the CentreVu Internet Solution using the Agent Login window.
