Messaging reports
Secure message reports
The messaging software uses NT password protection for reporting capabilities. You need to control direct access to the reports database through the NT server user restrictions or other standard access control mechanisms in place on your network.
If you want to restrict access to the messaging database and messaging Web pages, you must ensure the following on the Message Care server:
Password protect the following default directory:
C:\Program Files\Message Care\www\Reports
Follow the directions located in the Administration Web page security section that follows.
