Agent logout
Methods used to logout
There are two methods you can use to log out of CentreVu Internet Solutions:
Using the Log Out button (when it is enabled) from the Agent Control Window. Enabling or disabling the Log Out button is an administrative option on the Internet Call Manager (ICM). See Administration for details.
Using your telephone or CTI application. This logout procedure is always available and logs you out of the DEFINITY ECS. If reason codes are administered and desired, you should log out this way.To log out of the messaging software, you must close the Agent Control Window and the messaging Web page(s).
