Description

The Message Care server can lock up if you attempt to change Microsoft Internet Explorer options while the Maintenance Monitor is running.

Another instance where the Message Care server can lock up is if you have Microsoft Internet Explorer Active Desktop installed on the server.

Action

If your server locked up due to changing an option, stop Microsoft Internet Explorer from the Windows NT Task Manager.

If your server locked up because you have Active Desktop installed on the server, uninstall Active Desktop.
