Mail Manager locks up while trying to poll a mailbox 

Description

If you enter incorrect Distinct License Keys during the installation of Message Care, then the Mail Manager can lock up while it polls mailboxes.

Action

  1. Run regedit.

  2. Go to the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Distinct\SerialNumber key and enter the correct information in the ExtensionKey and ExtensionNumber value strings.
