Cannot start Mail Manager after installing the messaging software
Description
If you inadvertently configure ODBC User DSNs instead of ODBC system DSNs while creating ODBC data sources for the MCAdmin, MCArcive, and MCMessages databases, the following problems could occur:
The Mail Manager will not be able to start (runtime error: abnormal program termination).
You will not be able to access the Message Care administration Web pages.
Action
Remove the User DSN entries for each database (MCAdmin, MCArcive, and MCMessages), and then reboot the server.
