A Web page overwrites the real-time applet

Description

Using a Mac for real-time calls�if you are on a real-time call and your applet is active, it will be overwritten when you download a new Web page. The call remains active; however, text chat and collaborative browsing will not function.

Action

To correct this problem, you must close the applet. Closing the applet will disconnect the call and log out of the ICM. You may also have to manually log off from the DEFINITY ECS.

To keep this problem from occurring, you must verify that your applet is not active when you download a Web page.
