Removing the Send Page button 

Removing the customer's access to the Send Page button is the best method if you require the use of multiple web servers and you do not want customers to use a feature that may or may not work (for example, the contact center cannot guarantee the browser used by their customers). Note that escorted browsing is always available by typing or pasting URLs in the Text Entry box field on the Agent and Caller Control Windows.

To remove the Send Page button from an arena, do the following:

  1. From your browser, go to the main Administration Web page ( http://{icm_server_name}/icmadmin) and select the Administer CentreVuInternet Solutions link. A framed interface appears.

  2. From the left frame, click on the Arena Parameters link located under the arena from which you want to remove the Send Page button.

    The Arena Parameters Administration Web page appears in the right frame.

  3. Set the Enable Send Site for Caller? parameter to No.

  4. Click the Save button to store your change.
