Administer agent parameters for Internet sessions 

Overview

The Agent Parameters Administration Web page allows you to specify additional URL parameters that the system will pass to either the Call Answered (caller) URL or Caller Alerting URL. See the Web Guidelines documentation located on your CVuIS ICC Software CD-ROM for information about existing URL parameters that the system passes to these two URLs.

Access to agent parameter administration

To access the Agent Parameters Administration Web page, do the following:

  1. From the main administration Web page (http://{icm_server_name}/icmadmin ), click on the Administer CentreVu Internet Solutions link.

    A framed interface appears.

  2. From the left frame, click on the Agent Parameters link located under the arena for which you want to administer agent parameters (for example, Default, {your arena1}, {your arena2}, and so forth).

    The Agent Parameters Administration Web page appears in the right frame.

Add an agent parameter

To add an agent parameter, do the following:

  1. Enter the agent parameter name in one of the text boxes located in the Add Agent Parameters frame. The agent parameter name can be up to 24 alphanumeric characters.

  2. Click the Save button.

    All agent parameter names you have added appear in the Change or Delete Agent Parameter frame.

To delete an agent parameter, do the following:

  1. From the Change or Delete Agent Parameter frame, click the Yes option in the Delete? column for the agent parameter you want to delete.

  2. Click the Save button.

To change an agent parameter, do the following:

  1. From the Change or Delete Agent Parameter frame, highlight the agent parameter that you want to change.

  2. Enter the new agent parameter name.

  3. Click the Save button.
