Description

If your operating system is Windows 98/95 and you log in to the messaging software using Internet Explorer, then you can potentially see a slow response time while typing text in the compose box.

This is an inherent behavior of the applet with Windows 98/95 and Internet Explorer. However, all the text eventually appears and no information is lost.
