Work Flow Manager unable to connect to SQL database 

Description

If upon system start-up, the WFM is unable to successfully log in to the SQL database, the messaging software displays a pop-up dialog box on the Message Care server. The WFM repeatedly attempts to connect to the SQL database. The Mail Manager process will not begin mailbox polling until both the WFM and Mail Manager processes can successfully log in to the SQL databases.

Action

Create the SQL login and password (see Create an SQL Server login ID and password for instructions). If you restart the PC without creating the SQL login and password, the WFM will use most of the CPU and the PC will appear unresponsive.
