Bring the System Online

Connect Directly to the DEFINITY ECS

You can connect directly from the PC if it is 50 ft (15 m) or less from the DEFINITY ECS.

Connect the equipment as shown in A typical direct connection. Also see PC connections by platform.


Caution! For a DC-powered system, install an EIA 116A Isolator in series between the cable and the TERM, DOT, or Terminal Active connector.
