Change Customer Options

The following features are part of the basic software package and do not need to be activated. They default to y (yes) on the Optional Features form.


Note: An init password is required to modify customer options. Contact your regional CSA for the password.

  1. At the command: prompt, enter the change system-parameters customer-options and press Enter. A display similar to Typical Customer-Options Form appears.

  2. Using the Customer Order, enable the optional features purchased by the customer (as shown by PEC codes on the Customer Order).

  3. In Release 8 systems, a separate screen offers ASAI capability groups for selection in cases where the ASAI interface has been enabled. Change this screen in the same manner as page 1 of the Optional Features screen.

  4. If duplicated system, set PNC Duplication to y.

  5. Log off and log back in as craft to effect the changes.
