TN1656

The TN1656 contains a Small Computer System Interface (SCSI) tape drive that stores 3 Mb to 120 Mb of system software, including customer translations, bootstrap image, and any core dumps. For Release 9, this drive is being replaced by the TN2211 Optical Drive.
