Displaying Call Traffic reports

To display a Call Traffic report:

  1. From web administration, go to the Call Data Handling Reports screen (Reports > Call Data Handling Reports).
  2. Select Call Traffic Report.

    The system displays the Call Traffic Report screen. For information about this screen, see Call Traffic Report screen.

  3. In the Hours field, do one of the following:
  4. In the Summarize? field, select yes or no.
  5. In the Date field, type the date for which you want the Call Traffic report.

    Note:
    The date must be no more than 7 days before the current date.

  6. Select Submit.

    The system displays the Call Traffic report.
