
Displaying Call Data Detail reports
To display a Call Data Detail report:
- From web administration, go to the Call Data Handling Reports screen (Reports > Call Data Handling Reports).
- Select Call Data Detail Report.
The system displays the Call Data Detail Report screen. For information about this screen, see Call Data Detail Report screen.
- In the Number of Records field, do one of the following:
- To display all records, type all.
- To display some records, type a number or a range of numbers.
- In the Service Name field, do one of the following:
- To display call data for all services (applications), select all.
- To display call data for one service, select the service name.
- In the Include Call Event Data? field, select yes or no.
- In the Date field, do one of the following:
- Select Submit.
The system displays the Call Data Detail report.
