Call Data Detail Report screen

Use this screen to set up and view a Call Data Detail Report.

Field descriptions

Field

Description

Number of Records

The number of most recent records to include in the report

Values: A number, range of numbers, or all

Service Name

The service that call data is limited to

Values: See drop-down list box.

Include Call Event Data

The inclusion of call event data in the report

Values: Yes, No

If call event data does exist for a particular record, the information appears immediately after the record entry on the report.

Date

The date to which you want to limit the report information

Values: Date

Use the format mm/dd/yyyy or mm/dd/yy for month, day, and year. If you do not specify a year, the system uses the current year.
