Connecting the LAN cable

To connect the LAN cable:

  1. Shut down the system.

    Note: The LAN cable used must be a CAT5 cable.

  2. Attach the LAN cable to the LAN connector on the Message Networking system.
  3. Reboot the system.
  4. Test the TCP/IP connection or, if you are done, click Return to Main.
