Activity-Log Report screen; report results

Field Name	Description/Procedure
Subscriber Name:	The subscriber name that corresponds to the extension you entered on the command line when you generated the report.
Extension:	The subscriber telephone extension you entered on the command line when you generated the report.
DATE	The dates that the activity was logged.
TIME	The times that the activity was logged.
ACTIVITY	An activity identifier for each activity log entry. The activity identifier is a 5-character to 9-character string that indicates the activity, as follows: log-in received cancelled reset mwi-on scheduled log-off synced (synchronized message in a mailbox) status logserver-in (server has locked a mailbox) mwi-off server-out (server has unlocked a mailbox)
DESCRIPTION	Textual descriptions of the activity log entry.
