There are three types of remote Avaya™
S3400 Message Server subscribers: administered remote subscribers,
unverified remote subscribers, and verified nonadministered remote
subscribers.
Administered remote subscribers
Administered remote subscribers are subscribers whom
you have defined as remote subscribers within the local system.
You define remote subscribers when you:
Unverified remote subscribers
Unverified remote subscribers are remote subscribers
who are unknown to the local system. Unverified remote subscribers
automatically become verified nonadministered remote subscribers
when the system goes through the remote update process.
Verified nonadministered remote
subscribers
Verified nonadministered remote subscribers are remote subscribers
who appear in the local database only because they have successfully
exchanged messages with the local system.
