Managing remote subscribers

This section provides information about managing remote subscribers on your Avaya™ S3400 Message Server.

Remote subscribers are subscribers on remote machines who exchange messages with the subscribers on your S3400. Administering remote subscribers enables your system to know where to send messages when a local subscriber records a message and addresses the message to a remote extension. It is important that you perform remote subscribers administration to keep the list of remote subscribers on your system up to date.
