This topic explains how to view a report of the local subscribers
that are currently administered on your Avaya™ S3400 Message
Server.
Note: You
can use this procedure or the Mailbox Manager application to
view a report of local subscribers. The Mailbox Manager application
allows you to create a more advanced custom report of local
subscribers. For more information about Mailbox Manager, see
the Mailbox Manager User Guide. |
To view a report of local subscribers:
- Start at the Messaging Administration main
menu and select:
Global Administration
Subscriber Management
The system displays the Managing Subscribers page.
Note: If you are accessing the system through a dial-up
connection and you have a large number of local subscribers administered
on your system, you may want to filter subscribers to reduce the number
of subscribers that display on the Manage Local Subscribers page. Doing
this allows the page to download more quickly. See Sorting
and filtering local subscribers for information about filtering subscribers. |
- Click Manage in the Local Subscribers
row.
The system displays the Manage Local Subscribers page.
- Click Display Report of Subscribers.
The system displays the Report of Local Subscriber page. For
more information, click the column names or Help on the
web-based administration page. You can print this page for reference.
you can also click on the subscriber names to edit a particular
subscriber.
Note: The subscribers that appear in the
report are those that satisfy the existing local subscribers
filter criteria on the Sort and Filter Local Subscribers page.
The order in which the subscribers appear in the report is
determined by the sort order settings on the Sort and Filter
Local Subscribers page. The default sort order is to display
subscribers alphabetically by name. If you want to display
subscribers in a different order or search for subscribers
with specific attributes, see Sorting
and filtering local subscribers. |
- Click Back to return to the Manage Local Subscribers
page or, if you are finished viewing a report of local subscribers,
click Return to Main.
