System Descriptor

Remote offline storage disk space is full (99%).

Description

This alarm indicates that the remote offline storage space is 99% full and sending offline messages will be disabled.

Repair Procedure

Once this alarm is raised, the system automatically runs a maintenance procedure and disables remote offline access. With this TUI users won’t be able to leave messages when the message store server is offline.

To resolve this alarm:

Check the free storage space on the remote offline storage machine. You must free some space or add more disk space to the system. To free up disk space, you can:

Use the Windows system Disk Cleanup tool.

Run the Windows system Disk Defragmenter tool.

Run the chkdsk command.

Once enough disk space is available, at least more than 15% free disk space, enable remote offline access.
