MAS - CA - Procedure - Verifying Caller Application IDs for Secondary Extensions

In order to associate a caller application with a subscriber’s secondary extension number in the Domino Administrator, you need to know the unique identifier of the caller application.

Procedure 1: Verifying Caller Application IDs for Secondary Extensions

  1. Click on the voice mail domain node, beneath the Deployed applications node in the tree. See MAS - CA - Voice Mail Domain Node.
  2. The right hand pane displays a list of caller applications which have been deployed to this voice mail domain. The list details the Name and might show the Caller Application ID. It also displays the Associations node and the Application analysis node.

  3. If you don’t see the Caller Application ID column, you can select it by using the View > Add/Remove Columns menu command.
  4. Right-click on the deployed caller application and select Copy Application ID from the menu. This copies the globally unique identifier (GUID) of the deployed caller application to the Windows Clipboard.
  5. You can use this identifier in the Domino Administrator to associate the deployed caller application with a subscriber’s secondary extension number.
