Server events can include problems that you need to correct,
such as full subscriber mailboxes and undeliverable messages. These
problems directly affect message processing. It is recommended that you check the Server Events log daily.
To view the Server Events log:
- From the MSS Messaging Administration menu, select Logs > Server Events.
The system displays the Server Events Log page.
- Complete the fields on the page. For more information, click the field names or
Help on the web-based administration page.
- Click Display to view the log entries.
When the system gathers the information you specified, it displays
the log entries. For a description of the
fields, click Help.
- Examine the displayed log entries. See Alarms and Events for a description of each alarm and event and their associated repair procedures.
- If a displayed alarm or event calls for repair, take whatever
corrective action is necessary.
