set system name

Description:			set system name [<string>]
 
Permits the setting of a system name for the system. If an empty string is 
entered, the current system name will be erased.
 

 
Parameters:			"string" defines the name of the system. Must be enclosed in 
quotes if>= 2 words. Length =  1 - 20 characters.
