set system location

	Description:		set system location [<string>]
 
This command is used to set the name of the site location.  If an empty string 
is entered, the current location name will be erased.
 

 
Parameters:			"string" defines the site location. Must be enclosed in quotes 
if >= 2  words. Length =  1 - 20 characters.
