The Powerware front panel has the LEDs shown in LEDs on Powerware 9125 UPS:
After plugging the UPS in, all the LEDs flash briefly. After a self test, the Normal mode LED flashes, indicating that the UPS is in Standby mode.
For more information on the LEDs, refer to the UPS user's guide that comes with the Powerware 9125 UPS.
